What material is the bag made from?
- The exterior of the bag is made of 100% vegan leather. The interior is lined with stain resistant nylon.
How do I care for my bag?
- Simple, due to the material that we used in making our bag; both the exterior and interior are completely wipeable! Use a damp cloth to wipe exterior and interior fabric. Allow to air dry.
Can this bag be used for other purposes than a diaper bag?
- Yes, yes and yes! Our inspiration for this bag came first as a high functioning good quality diaper bag. As we created it we thought why not create a bag that is all of these things and multifaceted that can be used for various lifestyles and activities. Examples of use: everyday wear, new mother, business professional, traveler, school backpack, gym bag, etc. The options really are endless!

How long will it take for my order to ship?
- We will process your order within 2-3 business days. Standard rate shipping to anywhere in the United States is 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?

Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to love them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges. See our return policy below.
What is your return policy?
- 60 days new, unused in original packaging.
- Must include original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.

- Gift cards, final sale items, and free or promotional items are not eligible for refund.
How do I return an item?
- Email addisonjayneteam@gmail.com with your order number, contact name, and item you are returning. Once your return has been authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and will take 3-5 business days.
International Return Policy
- All purchases made outside of the United States are final.
Exchange Policy
Can I exchange an item?
- Yes, items that are delivered defective or damaged are eligible for free exchange of the same item. Bag must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I exchange an item?
- Email addisonjayneteam@gmail.com with your order number, contact name, item you are exchanging, and the reason for the exchange. Once your request has been authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.
